Complete registration
Pay the program fee and complete required forms. A $100 deposit begins registration; the balance is due within 14 days.

Attend your weekend
Your coordinator confirms your date and arrival instructions. Stay onsite from Thursday at 6 PM through Sunday at 6 PM.

Your seat is not guaranteed until the full program fee is paid and all required forms are complete. The remaining balance is due within 14 days; failure to pay within that period may result in forfeiture under program policy. All payments, including the deposit and full registration fee, are non-refundable. The Program Coordinator confirms your date.

- Comfortable clothing and personal hygiene items for three nights
Plan to remain at the hotel for the entire program. Do not bring alcohol, cannabis, illegal substances, weapons, or other prohibited items.

Participants must remain onsite for the full 72-hour program. Any emergency is handled according to program policy.
Are meals and lodging included?
Yes. Both room options include meals, lodging, and program materials for the residential stay.
Is Spanish-language support available?
